Tai Parrish

Tai started riding at a local lesson barn at the age of 9, where he mostly competed in Hunters and Equitation. When he moved to Hunterdon County at the age of 13 he began riding with Emily Foreman, primarily focusing on show jumping. Tai began working for LCD at the age of 14. After graduating from Delaware Valley Regional High School he decided to set his sights on learning everything the equine industry has to offer.

Tai is a member of the Somerset Hills Pony Club and currently has his C2-EV rating. Tai rides Shanon Baker’s fabulous Thoroughbred gelding Reginald McDougal at training level eventing. He also rides and competes Lauren's Oldenburg gelding Saracchi at small tour and hopes to continue on up the levels with him.

As well as Saracchi and Reginald, he also competes Lauren’s Oldenburg gelding Bellini K at small tour, qualifying him for the 2024 Region One Young Rider Team at the North American Youth Championships. Tai plans to continue his education and competition career in both dressage and eventing and has become a valuable member of the Lauren Chumley Dressage family.
